Step 1. Registration website
To apply for this clearance, there will be two websites for online application i.e.
https://firsttimejobseekers.nbi.gov.ph/, this is for those who want to apply for a first-time job search. There is no fee for applying for this certificate on this website. But if you want to apply for multipurpose, then you need to apply on this website https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/. You have to pay registration fees on this website. You must tick Yes if you are applying for the first time, but if you have an old NBI ID then tick NO and proceed. After visiting the registration websites, create your account to proceed you application.
Step 2. NBI OTP or One-Time Password
After filling out the form and clicking on Sign Up, NBI will send a one-time password called OTP for identification and verification of your email and mobile number. OTP is received both on Mobile number and Email after OTP verification NBI will send an activation link to your email. After that, you can log in to your NBI account.
After Email and OTP verification, you have to log in to your account, where you have to fill in the complete information.
Step 4. How To Fill up the NBI Clearance Application Information

Two different time slots are available that are AM and PM, AM time starts from 9 AM to 11.59 AM, and PM time starts from 12 PM to 5 PM. Step 8. Personal Appearance
